Holiday meals are a snap with the right pans, so we’ve expanded our roasting pan line. These three brand-new, smaller sizes are ideal for all your go-tos like green bean casserole and potatoes au gratin. A hybrid of stainless-steel and nonstick, they’re oven-safe to 900ºF. Just pop ‘em in the dishwasher when you’re done!

On medium-low heat, spread a teaspoon of oil inside the pan for 2-3 minutes. As you cook over time, the performance will enhance from natural re-seasoning.
